When I shared my story about surviving childhood sexual abuse, I had no idea that the WordPress Community would wrap their arms around me with the biggest, baddest, virtual hug I have ever received. I had no idea that so many people like me would share their own stories, their pain, and their hope for healing. I had no idea that I’d gain an extra jolt of strength and courage that I so desperately needed to move forward with Mommy Wolf and the accompanying private Facebook group. To say I didn’t have doubt before posting that would be an understatement.

But now, more than ever, because of YOU, I have no doubt at all that Mommy Wolf needs to happen. Mommy Wolf will happen.

And so I took the first step. I started the private group. And this is where I need your support yet again. If you are a mom who was the victim of child abuse and wants support as you strive to protect your children and heal yourself, please consider joining the group. Here’s how:

1. First add me as a friend on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/stephamazing
2. Then send me a message: “Please add me to the Mommy Wolf group.”

Secret groups are new to me, so please let me know in the comments if there’s a better way to add people. Eventually, I’ll share this on my personal Facebook page and with my Twitter followers, but I’m not quite ready yet. I have to think long and hard if I’ll warn my step mom first, as she is my Facebook friend.
